THE MAGIC GHOSTBUSTER

Darren McQuade has been interested in magic since he was five years old, learning his first tricks from a Paul Daniels magic set! After leaving college he became a professional (20 years ago) and has performed around the globe in some of the most world's most prestigious venues. Of course another thing Darren has loved since he was young is Ghostbusters! He has a massive collection of memorabilia (he often shows this off on his YouTube channel) along with his accurate costume. It made perfect sense to combine this with his magic to create The Magic Ghostbuster!

Darren is also a professional actor. He studied at LAMDA and RADA and has appeared on screen and stage. He has starred in various stage productions including The Anniversary, Tom Jones and A Murder has been Arranged. On screen he has had roles in the hit BBC Comedy Ghosts, PBS documentary Breakthrough where he was narrated by Patrick Stewart, Sky 1 comedy Intelligence, BBC soap opera Eastenders and Star Wars Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker to name a few.
